We Price Match

This price match occurs at the time of booking.

Grand Strand Vacations will match competitors’ prices. If you’d like to book your vacation with us but find a lower price for comparable homes or condos, you may receive a Price Match. Here’s how:

• Call one of our reservation specialists at 843-249-3433 with details of the home or condo you’d like to book. Please provide the competitive listing and price details.
• During your call, we will confirm that the booking details are comparable. If all required price match criteria is met, we will match our competitor’s price – on the spot.
• Once your vacation rental is booked, your credit card will be charged and you’ll receive a confirmation and booking number.
• The total price charged will be equivalent to the competitor’s price.
• Price Matches are only available for customers who are booking through Grand Strand Vacations via phone. You must inform the reservation specialist that you want to Price Match prior to completing the booking.  The proper adjustments need to be made before processing the final payment to your credit card(s).

Rules for Price Match

• Grand Strand Vacations will instantly match price our listings found on other websites.
• Grand Strand Vacations will match the price of comparable homes or condos from Competitors’ advertised rates. All details must be the same. (Details to include, Booking Dates, Number of Bedrooms and Bathrooms, Area or Location, Amenities, Furnishings)
• There’s no limit on any qualified match with Grand Strand Vacations!
• The price match will not be confirmed until the full amount has been charged to your credit card. If the package price changes due to problems charging the credit card, you will be contacted.  Your reservation will not be processed without payment.

Exclusions for Price Match

• Grand Strand Vacations will not price match previously advertised rates that are no longer available. We can not match customer reward programs, group rates, incentives, meeting and convention rates, auction sites, or websites located outside of the United States.
• Rate must be available to the general public. “Flash Sale” websites including but not limited to Groupon or Living Social, charter rates, consolidator or interline prices, travel industry rate programs, or prices available only by using a coupon, or any other rates or promotions are not offered to the general public.
• Changes to the booking will result in the price match being invalid.
• Grand Strand Vacations does not match bookings that are non-refundable
• Changes to the booking will result in the price match being invalid.
• In order to guarantee the lower price, Grand Strand Vacations must be satisfied that the booking meets all requirements otherwise imposed on the match.
• Grand Strand Vacations reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, deny, or discontinue the Price Match or restrict it’s availability to any person, at any time, for any reason without proper notice or liability to you.
• Price Match promotions cannot be combined with other offers, special promotions, or promotional codes.
• All other Grand Strand Vacation terms and conditions apply.
• Grand Strand Vacations does not accept screenshots of competitors from a mobile phone or tablet, i.e. Android phones or iPhones, iPads, etc.
