- Dogs only — no cats or other animals
- 1–2 dogs per reservation
- 50 lbs or under
- Non-refundable pet fee: $200–$300 per stay
- Dogs may be left unattended if comfortable and quiet
- Guests are responsible for any damage, accidents, and waste cleanup
- Bringing a pet to a non-pet-friendly property is a lease violation and grounds for eviction without refund
