PRIVATE POOL & SPA
Pool Heat is available (April 1–May 31, September 1–October 31) for an additional fee of $500 + tax.
Spa heat is included at no charge, but only available if evening temperatures are above 60°F.
Pool heat must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Spa heat (weather permitting) is automatically included.

This home offers pool and/or spa heat as an optional add-on for an additional fee. While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working properly, heat cannot be guaranteed. These are not stand-alone hot tubs—they are part of the open-air pool system and may be affected by weather or unexpected equipment issues.

*If heat is not functional during your stay, we will refund the heat fee only. No additional discounts will be given.
