- Pet Fee: $200 flat non-refundable per stay (covers 1 dog)
- Weight & Breed: 50 lbs or less per dog — sorry, dogs only (no cats or other pets)
- Unattended: Dogs may be left alone in the unit if crated or comfortable (no excessive barking)
- Required: Signed pet addendum + proof of current vaccinations at check-in (we’ll email the 30-second form)
Bringing a dog to a non-pet-friendly unit is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction + additional fees.
