We love dogs and welcome 1–2 well-behaved dogs (50 lbs max each) at A Summer Place A7.
- Pet Fee: $200 flat non-refundable per stay (covers 1 dog); only +$100 for a second dog
- Weight & Breed: 50 lbs or less per dog — sorry, dogs only (no cats or other pets)
- Unattended: Dogs may be left alone in the unit if crated or comfortable (no excessive barking)
- Required: Signed pet addendum + proof of current vaccinations at check-in (we’ll email the 30-second form with your confirmation)
Bringing a dog to a non-pet-friendly unit is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction + additional fees. Let’s keep everyone happy — just ask if you have questions!
