Do you need a North Myrtle Beach mini vacation? Plan to visit NMB and stay 2 nights, 3 nights or 4 nights. You don’t always have to visit for a whole week. We have properties that may be perfect for a quick trip to the beach.

Events in North Myrtle Beach
There are a lot of events in North Myrtle Beach. Most of them are scheduled on the weekends because that is when more people are off work and can come to the beach. If you are a beach music fan, you will love NMB. There are a lot of events that feature live beach music artists. Many of the clubs on Main Street book these artists all year. Look for events posted on our NMB events page. If you are dancer, you may want to check out the SOS Events.
Carolina Beach Music along with the Official State Dance of SC is BIG in North Myrtle Beach. SOS Accommodations are BIG too. Every year the Society of Stranders travel back to North Myrtle Beach for SOS Spring Safari, SOS Fall Migration and SOS Midwinter Break. Most of the excitement happens on Main Street in Ocean Drive with nearly every lounge participating with bands and DJ events. The SOS Clubs have their parties and the beach is buzzing with dancers everywhere.
LIVE Music and Carolina Shag Dance at the Clubs
You will usually find the best beach music bands playing at Fat Harold’s during the day and the Spanish Galleon at Night. Look for special shows at Deckerz Bar & Grill too! Most of the clubs on Main Street feature some of the best DJs in beach music spinning the tunes to dance the night away.
